International Shipping
BemerPemfTherapy intends to offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to supported international destinations.
Shipping availability depends on the destination, product dimensions, carrier coverage and applicable import restrictions.
Not every product or destination is necessarily eligible. Shipping availability and any applicable conditions must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Where a delivery estimate is provided, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Order Processing and Tracking
Our target is to process eligible orders within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, subject to equipment availability and necessary order checks.
Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the equipment ordered and the destination.
Where tracking is available from the carrier, shipment information will be shared after dispatch.
If an order cannot be dispatched within the applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by law.
Customs and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular order, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are separate from our free standard shipping offer.
Applicable charges may vary by destination and are not necessarily included in the product price.
Customers should review their destination country's import requirements before ordering. We will provide information about the shipping arrangements available for an eligible order.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request an eligible return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To begin a return, please contact BemerPemfTherapy through our Contact page with your order number, product name and reason for the request.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return eligibility depends on the product's condition, the circumstances of the request and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Returning New and Pre-Owned Equipment
Our collection includes both new and pre-owned equipment.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, equipment should be returned complete with the components and accessories originally supplied, and in a condition consistent with reasonable examination and the applicable return requirements.
Pre-owned equipment is assessed in relation to the condition and included components described in the original product listing.
Signs of prior use disclosed before purchase do not automatically mean an item is defective.
Customers should package returned equipment carefully to help prevent damage in transit.
These conditions do not restrict remedies available for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
Return Shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Free standard outbound shipping does not include free change-of-mind return shipping.
If equipment arrives damaged, is incorrect or materially differs from its description, please contact us before arranging a return.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy, including seller-paid return shipping where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.
We will review the information and explain the available remedies.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Our target is to process an approved refund within 10 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where supported.
The time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider.
We do not apply a standard restocking fee to eligible returns.
Refunds, replacements, repairs and other remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected by the standard return conditions.
Equipment Warranties
Warranty coverage, if any, depends on the individual product and its applicable manufacturer or seller warranty terms.
New and pre-owned products may have different warranty arrangements.
The presence of a manufacturer's name in our catalogue does not establish that BemerPemfTherapy is an authorized dealer or that a manufacturer's warranty automatically applies.
