Where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity, we may decline an order or restrict access to the website, subject to applicable law.

Our catalogue may include new and pre-owned equipment, including equine PEMF-related equipment and accessories as well as other equipment that is not PEMF-based.

Before purchasing, please review each product listing carefully, including the product's identity, described condition, included components, compatibility, availability and any documented warranty.

Photographs and descriptions are provided to help you understand the equipment and its condition. They may not capture every technical specification, and colours or minor details can appear differently on screen. We aim to describe each item accurately, and this does not limit your rights if an item differs materially from its description.

Unless a listing states otherwise, equipment should not be assumed to have been tested, refurbished, inspected or certified.

Where compatibility with existing equipment, applicators or accessories matters, please confirm it before ordering. Review the listing carefully, or contact us if anything is unclear.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of your order.

Prices are not represented as including taxes, customs duties or import charges unless this is clearly stated. Any charges presented at checkout form part of your order total, and charges imposed by a destination country may be payable separately.

Availability can change, particularly for pre-owned equipment, which is often a single item. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

If a price or description contains an obvious error, we may contact you before accepting your order to confirm how you would like to proceed. Where an order has already been accepted, any correction will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including refunding any payment if the order cannot proceed.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected equipment. A payment authorization or receipt confirms that a payment has been processed, but does not on its own mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance to you or dispatch the equipment, whichever happens first.

The payment methods available to you are those presented at checkout when you place your order. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider, which may apply its own terms.

If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, for example because the equipment is no longer available or cannot be shipped to your destination, we will let you know and handle any payment in accordance with applicable law, including issuing a refund where required.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We intend to offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to supported international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the destination, the equipment ordered and the eligibility of the order.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular order, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country.

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns, and we do not apply a standard restocking fee to eligible returns.

Refunds, repairs, replacements and other remedies are handled in accordance with applicable law, including where equipment arrives damaged, is incorrect or materially differs from its description.

Equipment Warranties

Warranty coverage, if any, depends on the individual product and the documented manufacturer or seller warranty terms that apply to it.

New and pre-owned equipment may carry different warranty arrangements. A manufacturer's warranty should not be assumed to transfer automatically to pre-owned equipment or to a later owner.

BemerPemfTherapy does not represent itself as an authorized dealer of any manufacturer. The appearance of a brand name on the website does not indicate a manufacturer's endorsement or that a manufacturer's warranty applies.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or remedy that applies by law and cannot be excluded.

Product descriptions and educational content on this website, including our equipment buying guidance, are provided for general information and to help you compare equipment. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional.
